SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping
We offer Australia wide shipping with Aus Post. Standard shipping is $14.95 (5 - 7 business days) and express shipping is $19.95 (3 - 4 business days). Free shipping is offered to all orders over $200.

Once your order has left our facility, we take no responsibility for any lost, damaged or missing parcels. We recommend contacting Aus Post directly for advice.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We have a 14-day change of mind exchange store credit policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit, which will never expire. Items received outside of this period will strictly not be accepted.

To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item/s must be returned to us at the customers expense, safely, unused, unopened and in their original packaging and condition with proof of purchase. Your return value will be credited to you in a store credit by email.

Please ensure your items are correct at checkout, as refunds will only be issued if faulty. Should you find your item faulty, it will need to be sent back to us for investigation and if approved, we will provide a replacement product or where not possible, refund the item. We will refund you using only your original purchase method, no exceptions. 

It is up to Ortus Written Aesthetics to decide if the product is deemed faulty due to manufacturing or is at customers fault. Products that do not meet our strict requirements will be shipped back to the customer at their cost.

Final Sale & marked down Items
All final sale and marked down items are strictly not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. These items are sold to customers with the understanding they are unwanted or have minor faults, but are useable.

Promotions & Discounts
At checkout any offers, promotions or discounts if the product is included in a big sale (Launch Day, Boxing Day, EOFY, Black Friday, etc) will be automatically marked down at checkout where a discount code is applied. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and once the purchase has been made, the code is unavailable to be redeemed after this point. This includes welcome codes, store credits/gift cards, and promotional codes. Ortus Written Aesthetics has the right to start, end or change a promotion at any time without notice. 

Return Shipping Costs
Returns postage is at customer's expense.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Ortus Written Aesthetics will take no responsibility for tracking your return or lost items.

Store Credits & Gift Cards
Store Credits/Gift Cards can not be returned for a refund no matter the circumstance they must be used on our online store only. Any purchases made with a Store Credit/Gift Card and a customer wishes to exchange it will be put back into a Store Credit/Gift Card if the exchange product is not available.
